NCC

Year of Establishment :- 1961

The NCC Unit has been functioning since the inception of the college in 1961. Total three years training programme is given to the NCC Cadets. It is a multifaceted training programme, The NCC Unit focuses on the Special & Common Syllabus. Drill, Weapon Training, Map Reading, are included in the Special Syllabus. National integrity, Health and hygiene areincluded the Common Syllabus. The special Syllabus is taught by the P.I staff whereas the common syllabus is taught by the Associate NCC officer.

Highlights of Department

Celebration of various important events like Tree Plantation, Cleanliness Drive NCC Day, Disaster Management Workshop, etc. andStudent are encouraged to develop Character, Secular outlook, Discipline and Leadership.
